Very good presentation. I've never visited Japan. I will with the help of this information.
I enjoyed Kana's favorite places in Japan. It was nice to see the beautiful country and listen to her knowledge too. She was very informative and the maps she shared were easy to follow if you were to visit Japan. Thank you for a wonderful experience :)
Informative and fun overview. A surprise was the inclusion of several "not to miss" festivals or celebrations, in addition to selected cities. Ms Hattori included a discussion of Okinawa and some of its surrounding islands. Although I’ve been to Japan several times, this area was new to me and interesting to learn about. She also provided excellent information about sending large luggage to your destination, kaiseki meals, and cherry blossom and fall color timing. Her enthusiasm and depth of knowledge made the time go by quickly and pleasantly.
What a wonderful presentation. Way back in the 60s after my mother traveled to Japan, I always had Japan near the top of my list of potential destinations to visit. At this point in my life, I wonder if I'll begin traveling again, but at least I get to see and learn what I could see if I do get there someday.
This was a wonderful lecture filled with lots of information and it was very well organized. I found it to be very helpful in terms of planning a future trip.
