High am is so clear in his talks and brings great photos and films to illustrate
Another lively and informative program by Dr. Bell. His series really raises questions for the audience to research for themselves.
I've watched several of Jennie's presentations on a variety of topics. Living in Southern California, I'm aware of the important modern architecture around me. Jennie presents her topics from many angles with historical context and makes interesting topics fascinating. This one did not disappoint! I will watch the recording again this week and I have a new one of Jennie's coming up the day after tomorrow.
So well done...for the 90 minute seminar each week I feel like I am on the Railway!
Excellent seminar with a combination of history and sites to see!
I have taken several seminars with Irene and they have always been terrific... this one was no exception. Irene's presentations are always organized, comprehensive with great slides. We hope to be able to take a tour in person someday with Irene.
The story of Molly Brant gave me a new perspective on the role of Native Americans in the Revolutionary War.
This was the first of Marc's seminars I had watched. Wished I had seen more of them. For a movie goer (or someone interested in US culture) this is a must watch,
Christina is the most informative and enthusiastic art historian I have ever had the pleasure to experience! She is a welcome addition to your staff.

I’ve been to Glasgow on four very different occasions in my life—the last time in reality was in 2002. But today my husband and I went back to Glasgow virtually in the expert care of Dr. Irene Mariani. This is our third journey with Dr. Mariani—we keep coming back in large part because she is such a personable and totally charming guide. Add to that—she knows her “stuff.” Not even the impromptu chat room questions fazed her. In the space of sixty minutes, she brought us up to date with so many developments in Glasgow. Her well-planned lecture was enhanced with beautiful photograph (miraculously, the sun always shines in Dr. M’s Scotland….) The result is going to be our return trip to the city of my father’s birth. And we’ve also signed up for her walking tour of Edinburgh. Wherever she goes, we intend to follow. Wonderful guide.
I have been listening to Sabry's in depth lectures on Dutch Golden Age paintings through which I've learned so much. This was a fun exploration of mystery stories about art qorks.
An excellent theme and great choice of films. I had not seen a lot of them, but I enjoyed the clips we saw and I learned so much about them.
Who would have thought, Pablo Picasso in cahoots with a petty art thief? Amazing revelations, amusing anecdotes and a cast of felons ranging from wacky to imbecilic. Sabry is a master storyteller who shared his knowledge with style and humor.
