Laura was born in Turin, where she studied history of art, but moved to Milan in 2002. Since her graduation, she has accumulated a long experience as an art consultant and registrar in a few museums in Turin, as well as expertise as a local Milan guide. She loves to be both an experienced and friendly local ambassador of Milan and Como area for her travelers.

I have visited all the museums spotlighted in this presentation and it was a very happy 90 minutes of pleasing memories. These museums have so much to offer and I was delighted to see the paintings again and to continue to learn more about them.

I haven't been to Milan yet, but I took this seminar to prepare to go. I learned of three museums I hadn't planned on visiting, so now I have to extend my stay in Milan! Laura does a nice job with the highlights of the museums and their history.
An excellent selection of paintings and sculptures plus good photographs of the buildings that house them.
This was an outstanding seminar. For those who have never been to Milan (I missed my 1st trip there in Sept) and/or are art lovers, it was glorious to delve into the masterpieces in the various museums. I had not heard of two places that now I must go to! I loved hearing about the symbols in the paintings, and having a true art historian guide me in a new way to look at a painting just a little more carefully. Laura was so clearly in her element, and she was so gracious in sharing her expertise and knowledge. More seminars like this with Laura please! :)
