Phenomenal Prague

I have taken both of Michal’s live walks through Prague and hope there will be more opportunities to learn from and be inspired by him. He is an absolutely charming and well-informed companion in a phenomenally complex city. Michal is passionate about his home, while also candid about some of the shadows and darkness behind Prague’s beauty and sophistication. He is always patient and extremely clear— and yet never condescending. His walks are perfectly paced, leading us to the Charles Bridge and glorious sunsets over Prague Castle. He has definitely sparked my curiosity about Prague and made it more of a priority destination for me.

Jewish Prague

Michal gave a great overview of the Jewish neighborhood of Prague. Although he couldn’t take us in the synagogues or cemetery he was able to supplement his talk with photos. He also enhanced the tour with anecdotes and stories about the various sites.

Loved seeing places where I have been. I would have liked him to walk the entire length of the bridge and come out at the other end, whose arch way is gorgeous. I liked it, but there was a lot of background noise, but I guess you can not help that. The time7pm was perfect though

Great to get overview and plan places to visit in the future.

The tour was a great way to see the how the Jewish Quarter is situated in Prague and that it can be a focus for a day of visiting in the future. Several spots are ones I want to see more of when I am there later this year, so it's a great way to narrow down the places I don't want to miss. Michal's stories were interesting and made it enjoyable.
