Enjoyed very much Mari's demonstration. I walked away with lots of great ideas for taking my open faced sandwiches steps further down the culinary path.
Interesting cooking class!
I learned a lot about making sandwiches in general, not just open-faced ones. But the open-faced ones were great. We had what I made for supper, and remembered to put knife and fork down and relax and enjoy each other's company. One suggestion is to clear EVERYTHING in front of the maker while she is assembling. There were things, some white block of butter of cheese, the pickled herring jar, etc. everything should be gone even if it seems it’s nit an annoyance. For some of us it is, Thanks so much. I enjoyed it.
