If you're looking for a custom time, all of our live seminars are available to be scheduled privately. To request a private Conversation, please contact us.

As of December 1, 2020, all Conversations will be recorded and emailed to everyone who signed up for the event, regardless of attendance.

We release new content weekly. Check back 1-2 weeks in advance for the upcoming calendar. To schedule something privately or further out, please contact us.

All of our events are held over Zoom. After you confirm your booking, you will receive an email 30 minutes before the Conversation begins with the link to join the Zoom meeting. You can join the meeting from your computer or tablet running Windows or macOS. We highly recommend you to create a Zoom account prior to the event.

Yes, you can sign into your Context Learning account by clicking the "person" icon on the upper right corner of this screen.

At this time, your Context Learning and Context Travel accounts are separate.

Our classic conversations are presented live. Questions are encouraged throughout the presentation, we will leave 15 to 30 minutes at the end of the session for discussion and questions.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to support closed captioning within our events.

Our live seminars typically run for 60 minutes, with additional time available for Q&A with your expert.

Yes, the meeting room is open to late arrivals. As of December 1, 2020, all Conversations will be recorded and sent to everyone who signed up for the event, regardless of attendance. Therefore, if you have signed up for a Conversation and arrive late, you will now receive a link to view a recording of that event within 24 hours.

Each ticket admits one guest. We ask if you have more than one viewer that you purchase multiple tickets so that we can provide a fair experience to all our guests. Have a big group? Contact us about a Private Conversation tailored specifically to your group.

As of December 1, 2020, all Context Conversations will be recorded. All participants in the Conversation, regardless of attendance, will automatically receive a link to view the recording within 48 hours of the event's conclusion. The link will expire after 30 days.

If you were unable to attend and have any questions for the expert after watching the recording, please feel free to send them to us here, and we will be happy to forward your questions to the expert.

No refunds will be offered for ticketed events. However, if you contact us 24+ hours in advance of the event, we would be glad to credit you for a future Conversation. No refunds or credits will be offered for those who are late and subsequently miss the event. As of December 1, 2020, if you are late or unable to attend the Conversation, you will receive a link to view a recording of the event within 24 hours.

Our experts have been hit particularly hard by COVID, and we love our clients wanting to support them. You can tip your expert when you checkout. 100% of tips are passed directly to the expert. If you are purchasing multiple seminars, tips will be divided amongst the experts equally. We are unable to provide tips once your Conversation has been purchased, so please remember to submit your tip for the expert when you checkout.
