My son, who is 10, and I really enjoyed the class. I enjoyed the discussion and having partners in cooking. My son was engaged for the whole process and liked showing his work to the participants and the teacher. It's a really nice way for people to connect during the Covid pandemic and actually, for certain types of travel/experience, it would be a great thing to continue even after folks can travel. Even if someone can't travel because of time or money or infirmities, they can participate in and experience something new in a new place.
I grew up with an Italian grandmother and she made struffoli every Christmas. I loved it! Gina is lovely, and her struffoli was spot on. This class brought back wonderful memories, so "Thank you Gina!"
