Gina was a great instructor in how to make Arancini Balls. Ever since I was in Sicily, I've wanted to try making them at home, but the recipes looked too labor intensive. From making the recipe along with Gina, I discovered it's not really that complicated. I appreciate her explanations as she went along. I would have preferred if she had her demonstration on full screen when she was cooking, but otherwise the course was well done!
This class was wonderful and I put that down to Gina. She is clear and concise in her instructions and demonstrations. I really enjoy all the history about the dish and the area it comes from. Gina comes across as very warm and charismatic which puts me at ease when learning a new dish. No question is too ridiculous. I look forward to taking more classes from her.
Gina was thorough and informative and I loved this class. I came out with a good basic knowledge of making arancini and unfortunately I can’t stop eating them since the class ended. Definitely would love to take another class with Gina
Loved this class. I have never been able to make decent risotto—the base for this dish. After this recipe, demonstration and explanations by Gina, I whipped up near-perfect Arancini. Delicious!
This was the best class Gina explained everything so well. It was easy to cook along with her. Risotto was always a mystery to me but now I think I “get lt”. Look forward to more classes from Gina
