This class with Cynthia was by far the best Context virtual session I've taken thus far. She was extremely engaging, (even at 11pm Paris time), knowledgeable and fun. I had such a good time learning about Champagne and how to pair it with different food as well as how it is made. I highly recommend this session!

Excellent! Learned so much And she made it fun. Everything from how to uncork the bottle to the varietals to the pressing and agreeing, residual sugars and not to mention the food pairings.
