Ms. Benitti is a good guide. However, about the last 30 minutes were difficult to hear. While some of the background noise was not her fault and some of the discussion could not be heard, I was disappointed in not being able to hear the last 30 minutes well or not at all. While I have enjoyed other context virtual walking tours, I don’t know if I will sign up for another one. I have found that such tours work better with either pictures that Are described, or with pre-recorded walks which are narrated. That way you can hear what your guide has to say. Having said all this, I really enjoyed the first part of the virtual tour and look forward to coming to Milan. I have a good idea of places to visit and I appreciated Ms. benitti’s recommendations as to getting reservations to see The Last Supper.
