Context brings the brightest minds to your living room with perspective-shifting online lectures.
Hattie Bennett's lecture is a bit like being getting an invitation from a famous flaneur to come along on a stroll through a quieter London, a London of rivers and trees, low-key stately houses, and former jousting yards. Within that stroll Hattie Bennett has packaged a lot of hard information, however. This is a very well organized alternative way of seeing London and one that I, for one, would like to follow when I go there next.
Excellent, expert views without being Stuffy I will follow her advice on m.y next trip in July

If you want to see London beyond the Tower and Buckingham Palace, Ms Bennett offers solid insider suggestions. I have been to many of the sights she recommends and can confirm that they are a side of London that any tourist would enjoy.
A fast-paced exploration of less known London area sites and their history. With a focus on places on the south side of the Thames, it was new information for me. I loved the photos and old sketches plus the history of the places Ms. Bennett covered. Her discussion about sites in London were also so interesting.
