This was a very serious conversation that makes me realize we are in the hands of powerful people no matter where we live. Vadim malinovsky has shown us what propaganda perpetrates and it is frightening

Once again Niona has peaked my interest in a country that I may not go to see. But - she told me about its history and customs and I love her conversations!
Again Dr Ballard presents another very sensitive seminar with grace and dignity.

One of the best Conversations I've attended. Timely, insightful, infuriating - I hope Vadim gives more talks on subjects like this soon.

The content was of a high quality and professionally put together. The presentation was both interesting and enjoyable. Dr Norton is an excellent presenter who moved at a pace that felt appropriate for the topic and certainly for my knowledge level. I look forward to my next Context session with her.
Elizabeth Norton is able to put Mary in the complicated history of the Tudors while making it simple enough to understand. She clarifies what can be very murky.

CHARLES HIGHAM ONCE AGAIN GAVE ME A LESSON IN CIVILIZATION - HIS TALKS ARE SO FULL OF WONDERFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORLD AND HUMANITY!
One of the best art-history Conversations I've seen - this fascinating talk brought many threads together for a comprehensive look at this wonderful painter. Highly, highly recommended.
This is such a well-done, well-researched lecture about women composers, going back to the Ancient Greeks. The slide show with video/audio clips made the subject all the more real. Excellent example choices. The lecturer was very engaging, too. I'm sorry that only 10 or so people attended -- perhaps it was the day and/or time that was problematic for others. But I'm so glad I did attend! I learned so much and enjoyed spending 90 minutes with this Context lecture!
So much information in such a lively talk. Loved how well organized it was -- very easy to understand the evolution of van Gogh's style as a result. Also really liked the addition of videos with Sabry holding some Van Gogh originals.
